Chris Lattner 8c1db67a4c rewrite LCSSA to use SSAUpdate, to only return true if it modifies
the IR, and to implement the FIXME'd optimization.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
