Nadav Rotem 8fb06b3e8f Enable element promotion type legalization by deafault. 
Changed tests which assumed that vectors are legalized by widening them.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
