Evan Cheng 0e6a052331 Sink getDwarfRegNum, getLLVMRegNum, getSEHRegNum from TargetRegisterInfo down ... to MCRegisterInfo. Also initialize the mapping at construction time. This patch eliminate TargetRegisterInfo from TargetAsmInfo.
