Jakub Staszak 7cc2b07437 Introduce MachineBranchProbabilityInfo class, which has similar API to
BranchProbabilityInfo (expect setEdgeWeight which is not available here).
Branch Weights are kept in MachineBasicBlocks. To turn off this analysis
set -use-mbpi=false.
