Nate Begeman 9453eea49b Fix the updating of the machine CFG when a PHI node was in a successor of

the jump table's range check block.  This re-enables 100% dense jump tables
by default on PPC & x86

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
