llvm-6502/test/Transforms/InstCombine/sdiv-2.ll
Bill Wendling 6e1783fb4a getSExtValue() doesn't work for ConstantInts with bitwidth > 64 bits. Use all
APInt calls instead.

This fixes PR3144.
