Craig Topper 9a2b6e1d7b Allow 256-bit shuffles to be split if a 128-bit lane contains elements from a single source. This is a rewrite of the 256-bit shuffle splitting code based on similar code from legalize types. Fixes PR12413.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
