Eric Christopher 9ee4ce2f91 SIToFP and FPToSI conversions work only on fp-reg to fp-reg. Move
some data around and implement a couple of move routines to do this.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
