Benjamin Kramer d469274743 GlobalOpt: Be more aggressive about elminating side-effect free static dtors. ... GlobalOpt runs early in the pipeline (before inlining) and complex class hierarchies often introduce bitcasts or GEPs which weren't optimized away.
