Jakob Stoklund Olesen 9f946a24d9 Fix some scavenger performance issues.
- Don't call malloc+free in the very hot forward().
- Don't call isTiedToDefOperand().
- Don't create BitVector temporaries.
- Merge DeadRegs into KillRegs.
- Eliminate the early clobber checks, they were irrelevant to scavenging.
- Remove unnecessary code from -Asserts builds.

This speeds up ARM PEI by 3.4x and overall llc -O0 codegen time by 11%.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the HTML documentation provided in docs/index.html for further
assistance with LLVM.

If you're writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.html for our
