Dan Gohman a1f89deb56 Delete raw_stdout_ostream and raw_stderr_ostream, which are unused
outside of outs() and errs() themselves, and they don't really
need custom classes.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
