Hal Finkel 6fef94e4d4 OCAMLFLAGS can contain =, don't use = with sed ...

Like HOST_LDFLAGS, etc. OCAMLFLAGS can contain =, so use ! as the substitution
separator instead of = (otherwise, sed might error).
