Wei Mi 51891f2364 Remove the InstructionSimplifierPass immediately after InstructionCombiningPass. ... InstructionCombiningPass was added after LoopUnrollPass in r237395. Because InstructionCombiningPass is strictly more powerful than InstructionSimplifierPass, remove the unnecessary InstructionSimplifierPass.
