Nick Lewycky b0104e1bb5 Fix many bugs when merging weak-strong and weak-weak pairs. We now merge all

strong functions first to make sure they're the canonical definitions and then
do a second pass looking only for weak functions.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
