Kevin Enderby b07ce60981 Next bit of support for the dwarf .file directive. This patch takes the 
previously collected info from the .file directives and outputs the encoded
bytes for it.  For now this is only in the Mach-O streamer but at some point
will move to a more generic place.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
