Chandler Carruth b71d385494 [multiversion] Switch the TTI queries from TargetMachine to Subtarget now that we have a correct and cached subtarget specific to the function. Also, finish providing a cached per-function subtarget in the core LLVMTargetMachine -- that layer hadn't switched over yet. The only use of the TargetMachine was to re-lookup a subtarget for a particular function to work around the fact that TTI was immutable. Now that it is per-function and we haved a cached subtarget, use it. This still leaves a few interfaces with real warts on them where we were passing Function objects through the TTI interface. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.
