Daniel Dunbar b759865495 Revert "Don't allow formatted_ostream to be unbuffered, even if its underlying

buffer", while we work out a solution.

Dan convinced me that making debugging annoying for him is worse than 10x being
slower for me. :)

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
