Dan Gohman e33f44cfc5 Replace TargetInstrInfo::isInvariantLoad and its target-specific ...

implementations with a new MachineInstr::isInvariantLoad, which uses
MachineMemOperands and is target-independent. This brings MachineLICM
and other functionality to targets which previously lacked an
isInvariantLoad implementation.
