Rui Ueyama c011edf224 Object/COFF: Fix import library's getNameType method.
This expression to extract bits were simply wrong.
I'm going to test this functionality from LLD.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
