Chris Lattner c1da204c43 apply Dan's fix for PR8268 which allows constant folding to handle indexes over
zero sized elements.  This allows us to compile:

  #include <string>
  void foo() { std::string s; }

into an empty function.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
