Jakob Stoklund Olesen c9df025e33 Simplify a bunch of isVirtualRegister() and isPhysicalRegister() logic.
These functions not longer assert when passed 0, but simply return false instead.

No functional change intended.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
