Nick Lewycky 58bfcdbcf6 Thread comparisons over udiv/sdiv/ashr/lshr exact and lshr nuw/nsw whenever ... possible. This goes into instcombine and instsimplify because instsimplify doesn't need to check hasOneUse since it returns (almost exclusively) constants.
