Rafael Espindola ce9bd66d01 Don't call addFrameMove on XCore. ...

getExceptionHandlingType is not ExceptionHandling::DwarfCFI on xcore, so
etFrameInstructions is never called. There is no point creating cfi
instructions if they are never used.
