Adam Nemet 3fe93fe70a [LoopVectorize] Fix rebase glitch in r227751
LoopVectorizationLegality::{getNumLoads,getNumStores} should forward to
LoopAccessAnalysis now.

Thanks to Takumi for noticing this!
