Chris Lattner d0aa0cdbc6 Change MachineBasicBlock's to not be Annotations, instead they are kept as ...

part of a linked list tracked by MachineFunction.  MachineBasicBlock::get
is now linear time instead of constant time, and thus is deprecated!
