Justin Bogner d237e834a8 Transforms: Use getFirstNonPHI to set the insertion point for PHIs ... We were previously using getFirstInsertionPt to insert PHI instructions when vectorizing, but getFirstInsertionPt also skips past landingpads, causing this to generate invalid IR.
