Daniel Dunbar d3df5f32c0 McARM: Always keep an offset expression, if used (instead of assuming == 0 if used but not present), and simplify logic.
Also, clean up various non-sensicalisms in isMemModeRegThumb() and isMemModeImmThumb().

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
