Meador Inge d6d6859850 Fix a comment bug in toascii simplifier
When I migrated the toascii simplifier in r168580 Benjamin Kramer noticed
a bug in one of the comments that I migrated.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
