Matt Arsenault d8c145fd49 Add amdopencl environment to triple

This is used by the AMD x86 OpenCL implementation
to change some ABI details on Windows and Linux.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
