Duncan P. N. Exon Smith ed7bdcaf03 IR: Rewrite uniquing and creation of MDString ... Stop using `Value::getName()` to get the string behind an `MDString`. Switch to `StringMapEntry<MDString>` so that we can find the string by its coallocation.
