Jakob Stoklund Olesen dd5a847152 Rename TRI::getAllocationOrder() to getRawAllocationOrder(). ... Also switch the return type to ArrayRef<unsigned> which works out nicely for ARM's implementation of this function because of the clever ArrayRef constructors.
