Chris Lattner dde5ee5d37 now that the cost model has changed, we can always consider

elimination of a sign extend to be a win, which simplifies 
the client of CanEvaluateSExtd, and allows us to eliminate
more casts (examples taken from real code).

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
