Duncan Sands e2de606e0b Tweak commit 91745, which changed target data for both Mingw and Cygwin,

to not touch Cygwin: the change caused llvm-gcc build failures due to
long double getting the wrong size.  Patch by Aaron Gray.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
