Jim Grosbach e5e2c41b7f Remove self-described temporary hack. A bit over a year seems a reasonable 
delay. Anton and PIC16 folks, if this is still good to keep, please go ahead
and add it back in with an updated comment about when would be a good time
to revisit.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
