Sanjoy Das 65f2077c62 This patch teaches ScalarEvolution to pick and use !range metadata.
It also makes it more aggressive in querying range information by
adding a call to isKnownPredicateWithRanges to
isLoopBackedgeGuardedByCond and isLoopEntryGuardedByCond.
