Sylvestre Ledru e92077f11e Catch the Python exception when subprocess.Popen is failing.

For example, if llc cannot be found, the full python stacktrace is displayed
and no interesting information are provided.
+ fail the process when an exception occurs

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
