Devang Patel eae540a037 Re-install patch to enable use of PassID.
I am preparing another patch to address the failure that prompted
Chris to revert this patch earlier.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
