Benjamin Kramer ed8f9589a8 Avoid initializing posix_spawn_file_actions_t if not used.

- glibc falls back to fork+exec if a file actions object is present.
- On BSDs this saves a malloc.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
