in addition to integer expressions. Rewrite GetOrEnforceKnownAlignment as a ComputeMaskedBits problem, moving all of its special alignment knowledge to ComputeMaskedBits as low-zero-bits knowledge. Also, teach ComputeMaskedBits a few basic things about Mul and PHI instructions.
