Paul Robinson f2c0530fca Make this test verify .debug_pubnames is actually missing.
It was matching at EOF regardless of whether the section was present.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
