LLVM backend for 6502

When building on Windows, the default target is Windows. Windows on ARM does not support ARM mode compilation, resulting in test failures. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM) ================================ This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers, optimizers, and runtime environments.
