Andrew Trick f4baeaf848 RABasic is nearly functionally complete. There are a few remaining
benchmarks hitting an assertion.
Adds LiveIntervalUnion::collectInterferingVRegs.
Fixes "late spilling" by checking for any unspillable live vregs among
all physReg aliases.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
