Owen Anderson f6832bbda0 Fix an infinite alternation in JumpThreading where two transforms would repeatedly undo each other. The solution is to perform more aggressive constant folding to make one of the edges just folded away rather than trying to thread it. 
Fixes <rdar://problem/9284786>.

Discovered with CSmith.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
