Jakob Stoklund Olesen fbbd4abfe5 Fix a non-deterministic loop in llvm::MergeBlockIntoPredecessor. ... DT->changeImmediateDominator() trivially ignores identity updates, so there is really no need for the uniqueing provided by SmallPtrSet.
