Fixed for Ruby 4 (#6)

* Fixed for Ruby 4, changed OpenStruct to data, fixed tests, updated minimum ruby version to 3.2 for use of Data.define

* Update CI

* Lets test ruby 3 and 4, and ubuntu and osx

* Let's do the fancy verbose rspec output
