Radosław KujawaandClaude Fable 5 534424b375 Ignore msbasic example build outputs and submodule patch dirtiness

The msbasic example Makefile patches the submodule sources in place by
design, so mark the submodule ignore = dirty; also gitignore its build
artifacts (basic.*, iostub.bin, run_msbasic).
