Previously the TDO pull-up was not properly connected
to VCC. The Rev.2 adapter can still be used, either
without the pull-up or with a small mod-wire to
connect the pull-up with the VCC."

hw 2.1 - added pull down resistor to EN pin

This prevents accidental enablement of VPP during
Arduino reboot. ATF chips interpreted such state
as the Erase command and cleared the fuses.
