I have moved all the EightBall documentation to [`README.md`](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bobbimanners/EightBall/master/README.md) in the code repository, because it is easier to read in one file rather than as a bunch of Wiki pages.
This Wiki is used to keep various bits and pieces of information which do not really fit in the main documentation.
