Enable PoP sources to be built.

This commit includes new files to enable building of the PoP sources: * Build/ subdirectory has 32-bit x86 tool binaries for OS X, Windows, and Linux. This includes my snap Merlin 8 compatible assembler and crackle disk imaging utilities. * Other/ subdirectory which includes game data files that were missing from the repository, disk layout specification, and source code patches which can update the source code to match the released 3.5" version of the game. * Makefile to orchestrate the actual build process.
