+
+*Extend* is a simple utility for patching the volume directory of a ProDOS
+volume so that ProDOS 2.5 can extend it beyond the usual 4 block (51 entry)
+limit.

+NOTE: This code is for GNO/ME and needs to be ported to ProDOS (shouldn't be
+a big deal ...)
